About Natalie Joan

Natalie Joan is a good old fashioned storyteller hailing from Manchester, UK.

She was always in trouble at school for being a dreamer with her head in the clouds, unable to concentrate on what was going on in the classroom.

But life was and always will be her true classroom.

Recently Natalie Joan has written two songs for the ITV Drama, Vera. She has also been featured on BBC Introducing and has been across to Europe to play a couple of gigs. She has also had radio airplay in the USA.

Natalie Joan doesn't just write songs. She has written a novel. She has written her first screenplay. And she writes poetry. She sure loves to write.

What you will find in any of her writing, be it songs, novels or films, is that there is a true story hidden somewhere within them. With regards to her song writing, in the words of Natalie Joan:

"I like people to interpret the lyrics in a way that speaks to them and hopefully inspire, help or move whoever hears them. There's a true story behind every one of my songs and I hope that people can find their own little story in each"
