Whichever currency you like - we'll convert it for you. We currently run missions in the Great British Pound, the US Dollar and the Euro, but anyone from any country can support any Rocket Fuel mission. Payments will be taken in your native currency and automatically converted using the bank's exchange rates.
You receive set rewards plus specified bonuses in the way of merchandise. There is no financial return given from artist to supporters.
As outlined in the terms & conditions you agree to when signing up, you'll notice that the agreement you have is with the artist. Please contact them to follow up regarding your rewards. If they are unable to deliver your promised reward within a reasonable timeframe, please email email@example.com and we will look into the matter, however, you should cancel your subscription with the artist in question if you are not satisfied with their efforts to deliver your reward as Rocket Fuel is not liable to solve issues. We will, however, shut down missions where serious complaints are made and the artists is unable or unwilling to rectify the issues.
Yes, you can. However, you will not be entitled to any rewards or project bonuses unless it is explicitly advertised.
