Who handles your payments?

We use Stripe for processing payments. They're excellent as you'll see at stripe.com.

How long do I have to subscribe for?

There's no minimum commitment, though you may only be eligible for some rewards after supporting for a number of months. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like.

Can I change the amount I subscribe each month?

Yes you can. Simply log in to your account and you can alter this amount.

I'd like to cancel my subscription... what do I do?

Just log in to your account and head to the 'Cancel your support' page.

What currencies can I make payments in?

Whichever currency you like - we'll convert it for you. We currently run missions in the Great British Pound, the US Dollar and the Euro, but anyone from any country can support any Rocket Fuel mission. Payments will be taken in your native currency and automatically converted using the bank's exchange rates.

Do I get any financial return for supporting artist through Rocket Fuel?

You receive set rewards plus specified bonuses in the way of merchandise. There is no financial return given from artist to supporters.

What do I do if an artist has not delivered a promised reward?

As outlined in the terms & conditions you agree to when signing up, you'll notice that the agreement you have is with the artist. Please contact them to follow up regarding your rewards. If they are unable to deliver your promised reward within a reasonable timeframe, please email projectproblems@rocketfuelhq.com and we will look into the matter, however, you should cancel your subscription with the artist in question if you are not satisfied with their efforts to deliver your reward as Rocket Fuel is not liable to solve issues. We will, however, shut down missions where serious complaints are made and the artists is unable or unwilling to rectify the issues.
