Described by will.i.am of The Black Eyed Peas as 'a star of an artist' and producer Fraser T Smith as a 'star in the making' , Jill Marie first came to public attention when she appeared as a vocalist in the Strictly Come Dancing house band back in 2011. From there, she was invited to appear on the first ever UK episode of hit programme The Voice in 2012, which led to numerous high profile gigs, including West End show “Rip it Up the 60’s’’ where she received a standing ovation from Lulu at the Opening Night Gala performance for her version of ‘Piece of My Heart’. Lulu said of Jill Marie that she had 'the best voice she had heard in 40 years'. Prior to all of this Jill was known as a child actress, and in her younger years has sang for the likes of Nile Rogers and Narada Michael Walden ( producer and writer for Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston), to name but a few. In 2018 and 2019, as part of the London Community Gospel Choir, Jill Marie performed at the Brit Awards accompanying Justin Timberlake and Pink, returned to Strictly, and provided lead vocals on BBC Radio 2’s “ The Green Room Sessions,’’ a 4 part live studio series. During 2019 and 2020, Jill has been releasing her original music. Following a path of listening to what's out there and telling it like it is, Jill is looking forward to sharing more of her voice and story with the music world. 2020 sees the release of her next single 'Number One' and her long awaited E.P.
