Scouting For Girls Tour - Main Support

I have been selected to be the main support for ‘Scouting For Girls’ as part of their UK tour for 4 nights in Leeds, Manchester, Cardiff and Bristol at the beginning of December 2022. This will involve me performing a brand new set of original music, having been curated a highly anticipated 12-track album (titled 'Sticky Floors') over the last 2 years. This has been alongside my producer and now manager, and I will be accompanied by a band and small team of key individuals as we travel the UK over these dates.

Due to the 2020 lockdown, this album project was delayed by 2 years, but has subsequently put me in a good position of investing in connections and networks, resulting in my now working with 2 record labels (Last Man Music and X&Y records) as part of the team to push this new body of work to gain the notable success. Alongside this, Tom has curated a bespoke team of PR and radio plugger over the last few months, in order to provide the best possible way for myself as an artist to gain credible interest and fan loyalty to gain the recognition of major labels and publishers. The strategy for going with Scouting For Girls was taken because I am similarly an artist who prioritises audience interaction and storytelling through songwriting. They also have a very loyal following, and our aim is to use this tour as a major step forward in increasing my fanbase through the exposure to such a plentiful diverse audience.

Your support will be going directly to contributing towards the buy-on cost for these 4 dates (to include all fees and commissions for any intermediary parties) of £6,000 plus VAT of £1,200 = £7,200 inclusive of VAT, payable 50% on 1st September and 50% on 1st October.

This is by far the biggest step in my music career so far but, like all things in this industry, seems to come at a high cost. Since February 2022 (alongside my own earnings), I came into partnership with particular individuals who have been generous enough to help fund the last 5 months of intense work behind the scenes with my team, laying the foundations for this album launch. I see this year as being very much the 'launchpad' of my career- with the aim to build a successful reputation as a professional songwriter and musician in the mainstream music industry.

Having been working as an independent singer-songwriter since the age of 16, now at 23, I feel I am on the cusp of something big in striving for this to be a sustainable and influential career in the 'Sticky-floor-ed Places'.
