Frome-based songstress, Sara Vian and guitarist, David Setterfield released their second collaboration, “Brighter Days” on 2nd Feb 2021 – an uplifting acoustic jazz-folk fusion with Spanish influences to spirit you away from the gruelling grey into sunnier vistas!
The song was originally inspired by the Shepton Mallet Snowdrop Festival song-writing competition in 2020.
Sara also co-wrote the song with Chris Watson from Music Eye (music promo) who discovered a folk tale about how humanity was locked out of the Garden of Eden in bitterest snow until an angel took pity on us and blew life into the snow to create the snowdrop.
Artist, Julie-Anne Cook from Bruton did the cover art.
