Over a 2hr30min session, we will look at 

- How to grow in our own musicianship and personal devotion
- How to play better together within our team
- How to grow and maintain a healthy and creative culture 
- How to get your worship team and church writing songs 

We also spend 30 minutes of this time answering questions from team members in a safe and secure environment. Positive vibes guaranteed :)
