None of us are exempt from ill health, whether that is physical or mental. As a Christian and a doctor I wanted to create something that helps with bible study and prayer but also with anxiety/worry. I want to help remove any misunderstandings or stigma around mental health and faith. Some of the pages in the bible study bundle such as affirmations and verses for different situations overlap nicely with the anxiety tool kit and show how the bible can also help us with our mental wellbeing.
