Alright this one's a pretty big deal guys. We're all going to write a song this time. I invite you to contribute to an original song with your words of wisdom, your stories, and your experiences. My childhood was full of me building insecurity after insecurity. And my adulthood continues to be about me trying to take down those negative beliefs that can only hurt me.

Dig Deep! What harmful beliefs do you struggle with? What hurtful experiences colored your youth? What truths comfort you when life gets hard?
This may not be easy for you to confess. It sure isn't for me. But songwriting and art in all of its forms is about giving life to your experiences and separating them from you so that you may find peace.
