I wouldn't be who I am today if it wasn't for my lifelong struggles with mental health or if my mother hadn't suffered a debilitating stroke five years ago. When this idea came to me it was the first one I felt passion for. It helped me realize what this album is for. It's about finding a place for pain that's not within me. I made mine into art and I hope the words I chose will help those who may have felt the same. For anyone, who'd like to come along and share. I alongside MrMusiq215 will be hosting a virtual Support Group where we'll start the conversation off with topics affecting young people, inner city people, over it people every other Thursday evening at 7pm over Zoom. Starting June 13th until the end of the crowdfund. This means there will be a meeting June 13th, the 27th, and July 11th. This tier grants attendance to all 3 meetings. If there is enough support I'll make this a subscription tier and have it continue past the crowdfund. Here's to finding community! Thanks for your support.
